via our online shop.

Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of your own conditions, if any, is hereby objected to.

§ 3 Conclusion of the Contract

(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods via our online shop.

(2) The presentation of the products in the online shop constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract under the conditions specified in the respective product description.

(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:

The goods intended for purchase are placed in the shopping cart. You can access the shopping cart at any time via the corresponding button in the navigation and make changes there.

After clicking the button "Checkout", "Proceed to Order" or a similar designation and entering your personal data as well as payment and shipping information, the order data will be finally displayed to you as an order overview.

Before submitting the order, you have the opportunity to review, change, or cancel the order process.

By submitting the order via the corresponding button, for example "order with obligation to pay", "buy", "buy now", "order with costs", "pay" or "pay now", you declare your legally binding acceptance of the offer. This concludes the contract.

(4) If you use an instant payment system or a payment service provider as a payment method, you may be redirected to the page or payment interface of the respective payment service provider during the order and payment process or use an integrated payment interface within the checkout.

There you make the necessary entries. After completing the payment process, you will be redirected back to our online shop if applicable.

(5) The processing of the order and the transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract take place by e-mail, partly automated. Therefore, you must ensure that the e-mail address you provided to us is correct, that the receipt of e-mails is technically ensured, and in particular, that it is not prevented by spam filters.

§ 4 Prices, Taxes and Shipping Costs

(1) The prices stated in the respective offers are total prices. They include the applicable price components.

(2) Shipping costs, if incurred, are not included in the purchase price. They are shown separately during the ordering process and must be borne by you in addition, unless free shipping has been promised.

(3) Depending on the country of delivery and shipping method, additional duties, customs, import turnover taxes or other fees may be incurred, unless these are already shown during the ordering process or are borne by us. Relevant information can be found, if applicable, in the checkout, in the shipping information or in the respective offer.

(4) The prices and shipping costs displayed to you at the time of ordering in the online shop are decisive.

§ 5 Payment Terms

(1) The payment methods available to you are displayed in the online shop and/or in the checkout.

(2) Payment processing may be carried out via external payment service providers. The conditions of the respective selected payment service provider apply additionally to the payment processing, insofar as they are included in the contractual relationship.

(3) Unless otherwise stated for the individual payment methods, payment claims from the concluded contract are due immediately.

(4) If a payment method is selected that requires authorization or confirmation by a payment service provider, the payment processing only takes place after successful authorization or confirmation.

§ 6 Delivery and Shipping

(1) The delivery conditions, delivery times and any existing delivery restrictions can be found in the respective offer, in the checkout or on our shipping page.

(2) Delivery is made to the delivery address you specify during the ordering process.

(3) If you are a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods during shipping only passes to you upon delivery of the goods to you or a person authorized by you to receive them. This does not apply if you have independently commissioned a carrier or other person designated by us for the execution of the shipment.

(4) If individual products are not available or if there are delivery delays, we will inform you immediately.

§ 7 Free Gifts and Promotional Offers

(1) If a free gift is added to an order as part of a promotional campaign or offer, this is done voluntarily and within the scope of the respective promotion.

(2) If the customer removes the free gift from the shopping cart before completing the order or the conditions of the promotion are not met, there is no entitlement to subsequent shipment or reimbursement of the corresponding value.

(3) Free gifts are voluntary promotional components and do not establish a claim to future or repeated granting.

§ 8 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.

§ 9 Right of Retention

You may only exercise a right of retention insofar as it concerns claims from the same contractual relationship.

§ 10 Liability for Defects / Warranty

(1) The statutory rights of liability for defects apply.

(2) Consumers are requested to check the goods upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to notify us of complaints as soon as possible. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory rights of liability for defects.

(3) If a feature of the goods deviates from the objective requirements, such deviation is only considered agreed if you were expressly informed about the deviation before submitting your contractual declaration and this deviation was expressly and separately agreed.

§ 11 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details can be found in our withdrawal policy, which is available in the online shop.

§ 12 Returns and Refunds

Information on returns, refunds, return shipping costs, deadlines and other conditions can be found in our return and refund policy, which is available in the online shop.

Statutory rights, in particular statutory rights of withdrawal and liability for defects, remain unaffected.

§ 13 Product Information and Application Instructions

(1) The essential characteristics of the goods are derived from the respective offer and product description.

(2) Application instructions, warnings and care instructions must be observed. The products are only to be used according to their described intended purpose.

(3) If information on care, cosmetics, beauty, wellness or similar topics is provided in the online shop, this is solely for general informational purposes and does not replace medical advice.

§ 14 Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text

(1) The contract language is German.

(2) The complete contract text is not permanently stored by us for you. Before submitting the order, you can print or electronically save the contract data using your browser's print function.

(3) After receiving your order, you will receive the order data, these General Terms and Conditions, and legally required information by e-mail.

§ 15 Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy, which is available in the online shop.

§ 16 Applicable Law

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

(2) For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive the protection by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

§ 17 Alternative Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, accessible at:

https://ec.europa.eu/odr

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
