We want your order to arrive quickly, reliably, and transparently. On this page, you will find all important information about shipping costs, processing times, and delivery times.


1. Shipping Costs

For orders with a value of 50 € or more, we offer free delivery.

For orders below this value, the respective shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.


2. Processing Time

After receiving your order, it will be carefully checked, prepared, and handed over to our logistics partner.

The regular processing time is usually 24 hours on business days.

Please note that during high order volumes, holidays, promotional periods, or unforeseen events, slight delays may occur.

After order confirmation and handover to the shipping service provider, the estimated delivery time is:

4. Shipping Service Providers and Tracking

Our products are carefully checked and shipped as quickly as possible by our logistics partner.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive — if available — a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that in some cases it may take some time for the tracking to be updated by the shipping service provider.


5. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

There are no additional customs fees, import duties, or hidden costs for our customers after ordering.

All prices displayed at checkout represent the costs applicable to the customer. Should customs, import, or comparable fees arise during international shipping, these will be covered by us.

You do not have to make any additional payments upon delivery.


6. Delays

In rare cases, delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, weather events, strikes, transport problems, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We do everything possible to ensure fast and reliable delivery and thank you for your understanding.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct during the ordering process.

If a delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact our customer service. Additional costs for re-delivery may be borne by the customer.


8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please provide your order number, your name, and a brief description of the problem. For damaged shipments, please include photos of the packaging and the damaged goods if possible.
